| State Champs: The Bob Jones cheerleaders won the Class 6A State Cheerleading Championship. The title was the second straight after finishing as runners-up in 2001 and 2002. Shannon Pike, who took over the program in 2000, said the balance of the girls energy and gymnastics won the title for a second time.
